Byron Soulopoulos is a business transformation and ERP program manager, interim manager and advisory board member. He leads multi-entity ERP transformations for fast-growing companies across Belgium, the Netherlands, the UAE and South Africa, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Odoo.
As Managing Director of SOROS he delivers programme leadership and ERP consulting. Earlier he was Managing Director Belgium & Luxembourg at Tech Mahindra, and led programmes at ING, bpost, AXA, VOO and Proximus. From 2018 to 2026 he built EngineerX, an engineering project sourcing company that was nominated for Trends Gazellen 2026.
An early adopter of electric driving, he co-founded Tesla Owners Club Belgium in 2011, which he still chairs, and co-founded EV Belgium in 2017. He sits on the advisory boards of HYPE and MediKits, taught personal effectiveness at UCLL and PXL, and studied at Vlerick, MIT Sloan, Stanford GSB and EHSAL. He also climbed Kilimanjaro.
